Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use stpaulpens.com or the St. Paul SA app, or buy from St. Paul Pens (“St. Paul”, “we”), a handmade goods workshop in South Africa. By placing an order you agree to them.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is made by hand from natural and cast materials. Grain, colour and pattern will differ from the photos, and no two pieces are identical. These differences are part of the work, not defects.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• Making times are estimates. We will tell you if your piece will take longer.

Personalised and custom orders

Please check engraving text, names and other personalisation carefully before ordering. We make exactly what you submit. Personalised and custom pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, but we will always put right our own mistakes.

Returns, repairs and faults

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected by these terms.

Delivery

We deliver by courier. Delivery times are estimates from the courier and we are not responsible for courier delays, but we will help you chase a late parcel.

Photos of your order

At checkout we ask whether we may publish photos of your finished piece on our website and social media. We only do so if you say yes, and we will remove a post if you ask.

The designs, photos and text on this site belong to St. Paul. Please do not copy them without permission.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
