Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

• Email stpaulsouthafrica@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, or WhatsApp +27 65 772 4963.
• Include the name, email address or phone number you used with us.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 7 days.
• We delete your account, messages, personalisation details and any social media posts of your order.
• We finish within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

South African tax law requires us to keep basic invoice records for a set period. We keep only what the law requires and delete it once that period ends.

Facebook and Instagram

Our Facebook app is only used by St. Paul staff to post to our own Page and Instagram account. It does not store information about other Facebook users. If a photo of your order was posted and you want it removed, use the contact details above.
